Urgent requests

  • If the vegetation is currently creating a hazard, please report it to the City by calling 1300 4 CANNING (1300 422 664).
  • This will allow an Officer to respond with the highest priority.

Important information

The City supports a wide range of environmental volunteer groups with a long history of conservation activities within the area. Conservation activities carried out by these groups include:
  • weed control
  • revegetation
  • restoration
  • community education
  • plant propagation
  • seed collection
  • bird surveying
  • plant watering.

Raise a request

  • Conservation volunteers can submit a request if they require action or assistance from the City of Canning.
  • Please use one of the forms listed below.
  • An Officer will investigate within three (3) working days.
