Information
A person who is aggrieved by a decision made by the City under the Freedom of Information Act 1992, has a right to have the decision reviewed.
Requirements to review a request
An application for an internal review must:
- be in writing
- give particulars of the decision to be reviewed
- specify an Australian address for correspondence
- be lodged with the City within 30 days of being given a decision.
