Urgent requests

  • If you see a hazard, please report it to the City by calling 1300 422 664.
  • You can call this number 24 hours a day, seven days a week for urgent assistance.
  • This will allow an Officer to respond with the highest priority.

Important information

  • The City will respond to requests to maintain public accessways, including mowing and weed control.
  • Public accessways are serviced three times per year as per the City's Public Accessway Maintenance Program.
  • If possible, please attach a photograph of the issue.
  • Please note - maintenance of dividing fences next to government owned public accessways is the responsibility of the property owner as per the Dividing Fences Act 1961.
